The MC14511B BCD-7 segment latch/decoder/driver is constructed using a complementary MOS (CMOS) enhancement mode device and an NPN double-click output driver in a monolithic structure. The circuit provides 4-bit memory latch, 8421 BCD-7 segment decoder, and output driver functionality. The lamp test (LTbar), interval (BIbar), and latch enable (LE) inputs are used to test the display, turn off or pulse-modulate the brightness of the display, and store BCD codes, respectively. It can also be used directly or indirectly for seven-segment light-emitting diode (LED), incandescent, fluorescent, gas emission, or liquid crystal displays. Applications include display drivers for instruments (e.g., counters, DVMs, etc.), computer/calculator display drivers, steering display drivers, and various clocks, meters, and timers.

The FL3100T 2 A gate driver provides high peak current pulses at short switching intervals to drive N-channel enhancement mode MOSFETs in low-side switching applications.The FL3100T has two inputs, and can be configured to operate in non-inverting mode (IN) for the DIM pin to enable PWM dimming control of LED drivers. The highly accurate PWM dimming control required in a smart LED driver can be achieved through the duty cycle of the DIM inputs. If one or both inputs are left unconnected, internal resistors bias the inputs so that the output pull-down holds the power MOSFETs off. The driver provides a TTL input threshold. Internal circuitry holds the output low until the supply voltage is within the operating range, providing undervoltage lockout.The FL3100T provides fast MOSFET switching performance to help maximize energy efficiency in high-frequency power converter designs.The FL3100T is available in either a 5-pin, SOT23 or a 2 x 2 mm, 6-lead molded leadless encapsulation (MLP). The FL3100T utilizes a 5-pin, SOT23 or 2 x 2 mm, 6-lead molded leadless encapsulation (MLP) for the smallest size and excellent thermal performance.
